We process from our own small herd as well as from partnerships with area farms/ranches that share our commitment to ethical practices and sustainable husbandry. Livestock are pasture-raised, fed a natural diet, and never given antibiotics or growth hormones, ensuring superior texture and flavor in every bite. We believe in knowing exactly where your food comes from and how the animals are raised. We work exclusively with local USDA-inspected processors to ensure the highest quality and food safety standards
